Prepare for Storage & Maintenance

Charge batteries and 
inspect and clean the 
solution and recovery 
tanks.

Remove brushes. Inspect 
and clean hoses and 
brushes 

(replace if needed)

Remove and clean 
vacuum shoes, debris 
hopper, vacuum motor 
filter, strainer basket and 
vacuum shut-off float.  

 

 

Weekly Maintenance

Check each battery cell(s) 
water level. Remove the 
spray nozzle once a 
week.

 

(Soak nozzle overnight in 

vinegar to remove chemical 
deposits)

 

 

Inspect brush scrub deck. 
Inspect and clean the 
solution filter. 

Purge detergent injection 
system. Check 
foot/parking brake for 
wear & adjustment.  

 

 

Grease fittings:  
Steering wheel shaft, 
Steering chain, General 
pivot points, Clean deck 
adjustments knobs

IMPORTANT! 
Motor damage due to 
failure to service the 
carbon brushes is not 
covered under 
warranty. 

 

*Check the vacuum 
motor carbon brushes 
once a year or after 
300 operating hours. 

*Check the brush and 
drive motor carbon 
brushes once a year or 
after 350 operating 
hours.
