40 Recovery System  

                                                                      

Functional Description 

The  recovery  system  removes  dirty  water  from  the 

floor and pumps it to the recovery tank. When machine 

is running, dirty water on the floor is collected through 

slots  on  squeegee  blade,  and  then  pumped  through 

vacuum  hose  into  the  tank  by  the  airflow  created  by 

vacuum  motor  (M4&M5  (Optional)).  As  dirty  water  is 

pumped  into  recovery  tank,  the  airflow  continues  to 

enter vacuum fan.  

The recovery tank is equipped with a debris collection 

box  that  can  collect  and  block  large  debris  passing 

through recovery tank hose into the tank. 

 

The vacuum system is activated automatically by the 

one-touch button and it can then be managed via the 

vacuum button independently. 

If recovery tank is full it can be emptied through drain 

hose. 

To work properly, the vacuum motor (M4) needs the 

following conditions to be met:  

 

Vacuum motor function is enabled 

 

Battery capacity >10% 

 

Recovery tank is not full 

 

Recovery sensor (SW5) is open
