defined.

5 = Denied: At least one RPTID doesn’t exist.
>5 = Other errors
6–63 = Reserved

4 = Acknowledge: The command has been
implemented, and completion notification is
sent by event report.
5 = Reject: The equipment is already in the state
requested.
