Take the second picture.
Compose the next picture so that it over-
laps the first picture.
Repeat until you have taken the necessary
number of pictures to complete the scene.

Panorama Assist
Flash mode (
28), self-timer (
30), macro mode (
31), and exposure compensation
(
32) settings cannot be adjusted after the first picture is taken. Pictures cannot be deleted,
nor can zoom or image-mode setting (
87) be adjusted until the series is finalized.
The panorama series is terminated if the camera enters standby mode with the auto off func-
tion (
112) during shooting. Setting the time allowed to elapse before the auto off function
is enabled to a longer setting is recommended.

Exposure Lock
G
(white) is displayed to indicate that white balance and
exposure have been locked at the values set with the first shot.
All pictures taken in a panorama series have the same exposure
and white-balance settings.

Panorama Maker
Install Panorama Maker from the supplied Software Suite (CD). Transfer pictures to a com-
puter (
76) to join them in a single panorama.
