Instructions for installing the 400B-RPS
Remote Pressure Switch for
TAC-400 Series fl ashlights

Please read these instructions before using the NIGHTSTICK Remote Pressure
Switch.
INSTALLING THE PRESSURE SWITCH
This pressure switch is only compatible with guns having metal or polymer
construction. Do not use on guns with a wooden stock.
1. Unscrew and remove the tail cap.
2. Screw on the tail cap attached to the pressure switch.
3. Test the pressure switch for proper operation.
4. Install pressure swtich pad. Proper installation is essential for user safety and long-
term use.
a) Attach the Velcro® strip to the pressure switch. To ensure best alignment of
the two gripping surfaces, attach both strips together, then remove one of the
adhesive covers to expose the adhesive side. Attach this side to the pressure
switch body.
b) Thoroughly clean the area on the gun where the pressure switch will be mounted.
Use appropriate solvent to remove oil and grease.
c) Clean area again with the alcohol wipe provided.
d) After the light is mounted on the gun, form the wire lead to the pressure switch
location. Remove the remaining adhesive cover and press the pressure switch to
the side of the gun.
e) Retest switch for proper function.
f) Ensure that the pressure switch does not interfere with the trigger or safety
mechanism.

2 YEAR WARRANTY
Bayco Products, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship
and materials to the original purchaser for 2 years from the date of purchase, and
includes the LEDs, housing, lenses, electronics, switches, rechargeable batteries and
chargers. Bulbs (other than LEDs) are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.
We will repair or replace this product should we determine it to be defective. This is the
only warranty, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fi tness for
a particular purpose.
