2. Take to sink area and spray with degreaser.
3. Wash with a scrub pad, rinse, and sanitize in
the 3-compartment sink.

2. Take to sink area and spray with degreaser.
3. Wash with a scrub pad, rinse, and sanitize in
the 3-compartment sink.
4. When reinstalling note that Heat shield
slopes upwards towards rear of broiler and
legs are resting on rear airbox.
