8.20.2 String Resource upgrade

1 . Save the String_Resource.txt file to a USB flash drive by the procedure below.

1 ) Create a folder named “LE7D_RES” in the USB flash drive.
2 ) Save the String_Resource.txt file to the LE7D_RES folder.

2 . Display the menu screen

(see 8.1.1 [p167])

3 . Press [Maintenance] in the menu screen

and select the Func. 2 tab.

4 . Connect the USB flash drive containing

the String_Resource.txt file to the USB
port.

5 . “Copy string file from USB” appears at the

bottom of the screen.

6 . Press “Start” to the right of “Copy string file

from USB” and confirm that “Completed”
appears to the upper right of the screen.

7 . Confirm the version of String Resource

(see 8.20.4 [p289])

8 . Turn off the instrument breaker, then disconnect the USB flash drive.

Use a PC to create the following folder.

Caution Enter the distributor password, then press the Enter key
