8.14.7 SFB axis adjustment
8.14.7.1 SFB finish axis check
1 . Load the

45 internal data (see 8.3 [p175]) .
2 . Select the processing conditions as follows:
1 ) Lens: CR39
2 ) Frame: Nylor
3 ) Mode: Flat
4 ) Polish: None
5 ) SFB: Small
6 ) Layout: Active
3 . Process the lens.
4 . After processing, confirm that the safety
bevel amounts for the lens front and rear
are almost the same when viewed from
the direction of the arrow.
1 ) Lens front
2 ) Lens rear
5 . If they are not, perform the following.
1 ) SFB finish axis adjustment (See 8.14.7.2 [p244].)
6 . After confirmation, perform the following.
1 ) SFB polish axis check (See 8.14.7.3 [p247].)
