8.6 ALIGNMENT CALIBRATION
1 . Attach the 22-model eye jig (32171-0600) (see 8.2.6 [p112]) .
2 . Enter MENU mode, and select 8. ALIGN-
MENT CALIBRATION (see 8.1.1 [p103]) .
3 . Perform alignment of the 0-D model eye
as follows:
1 ) Align the mire ring that is slightly lit
to the center of the target mark.
2 ) Align so that the mire ring is
focused.
4 . Press the start button to perform ALIGNMENT CALIBRATION.
* A beep sounds when the start button is pressed.
5 . CALIBRATION FINISH 100 is displayed
when ALIGNMENT CALIBRATION is
complete.
6 . The focusing indicator appears automati-
cally.
7 . Confirm that the alignment position (up-
and-down and side-to-side directions and
focusing back-and-forth direction) is
aligned to the focusing indicator.
