8.5.2 AR-360A, ARK-560A
8.5.2.1 Subjective cylinder ASSY adjustment

* The subjective cylinder ASSY must be adjusted for the emmetropic eyes.
* For astigmatic eyes, be sure to correct them before adjusting the subjective cylinder

ASSY.

1 . Enter MENU mode, and select 2. CHART POSITION

(see 8.1.1 [p103])

.

2 . Press the next

button to display 2-1

CHART_PRE-CHECK screen.

3 . Press the function button to display

NOISE.

4 . Follow the steps below to check the operating noise of the motor when the subjective cylin-

der ASSY is operated.

1 ) CL1 side of the subjective cylinder

ASSY.

a . Press the left-

button to

rotate the cylinder to the CL1
side.

b . If the operating noise is loud,

loosen SB2 × 6 (n = 2) to
adjust the position of the CL
motor (30703-EA37) to the
CL1 side.

2 ) CL2 side of the subjective cylinder

ASSY.

a . Press the right+

button to

rotate the cylinder to the CL2
side.

b . If the operating noise is loud,

loosen SB2 × 6 (n = 2) to
adjust the position of the CL
motor (30703-EA37) to the
CL2 side.
