The band is showing the incorrect time after being turned off and on
It is necessary to always synchronize the band to your phone after a full charge or after the band has
been turned off.
The band will not connect with the application on my mobile phone
Ensure that you successfully performed the primary pairing of the band with your mobile phone. Have
the band and mobile phone close together while pairing. Do not forget to turn on the Bluetooth on
your mobile phone. After pairing, the Bluetooth technology range goes up to 10 meters between the
phone and the band, so keep the band within range of the phone.
The band is not showing notifications for incoming conversations, SMS, etc.
It is necessary to allow notifications within the FitcloudPro application. It is also necessary to allow the
FitcloudPro application to have access to the notifications in the settings of your mobile phone and
allow the application within the correct RAM memory of the phone.
Is the band watertight?
The Niceboy X-fit Active band has the IP67 certification, which corresponds to the level of protection
during regular activities. Do not use the band while underwater diving.
To what devices can the band connect?
The band can connect to any kind of device that has an Android operating system of 4.4 (and newer)
and iOS 8.2 (and newer), which has Bluetooth 4.0 (and higher).
The bracelet doesn‘t show me the exact route and information about in-app activity.
To measure the exact route and detailed information you need to have the bracelet paired with a mobi-
le phone in which you have the GPS turned on. You must carry your phone with you during the activity.
