1. On the bottom of the system, loosen the screws on the bottom cover,
and remove the cover from the chassis.
Installing a SO-DIMM Memory Module & M.2 M Key SSD Module (2240)
2. Insert the M.2 SSD module into the M.2 slot at a 45 degree angle until the
gold-plated connector on the edge of the module completely disappears
inside the slot. With the module fully inserted, tighten a screw into the
mounting hole on the module to secure it.
Then, install a memory module into the SO-DIMM socket. Insert the
module into the socket at an approximately 30 degree angle. Push
the module down until the clips on both sides of the socket lock into
position. The gold-plated connector on the edge of the module will
almost completely disappear inside the socket.
