Description

Configuration of the output timing mode on the test generator. The internal 
test generator can operate in two timing modes:

Free running

: The output rate is solely controlled by the 

programmed test generator bitrate.

Throttled

: The output rate is also throttled using data request pulses 

from the modulator.
