4.11.2 Command Description
In DUKPT system, current KSN is used to do the synchronization between Host and
terminal’ current KEY. Every time enter the PIN, the KSN will change once. So before enter
the PIN, must read the current KSN first ( KSN is use to synchronization with Host).
