Maximum activation time of the retiring cam. Prevents the
solenoid from damage in case of failures. After this time has
elapsed, output FSM X6.5 for the retiring cam is switched off,
independent from the state of the controller.

Maximum delay between closing of the car door contact and
the shaft door/locking contact when closing the doors. If this
