5.2.2
Installation Position
The device is designed for vertical installation, downward suspension or standing upwards, as the
preferred position. In the event of a different installation position, observe the following:
–
The angle of deviation from the vertical should not exceed 25° in order to ensure the functioning of
the device's self-cleaning feature. No compete cleaning is ensured when in standing upwards position
–
The running performance may be compromised.
–
The service life of the bearing elements may be shortened as a result of the increased strain.
–
Maintenance intervals should be shortened if necessary (see
section 7.4.1 Maintenance
