This command performs configures the NTC DHCP server.

Where:
< First IP address >
First IP address in IP address pool
< Last IP address > Last IP address in IP address pool
< Lease Time >
DHCP Lease time in seconds
<DNS1>
Primary DNS server IP address
<DNS2>
Primary DNS server IP address
If none of the above parameters are supplied the DHCP is disabled.
