This parameter determines how the terminal responds when the DTR circuit
changes state.

transition, the terminal enters
online command state
and issues an OK result code; the call remains
connected.

transition, the terminal performs an orderly clear-down of the call
and returns to
command state
.
Automatic answer is disabled while DTR remains off.
