5.3. Keystroke Mapping
During console redirection, the remote terminal sends keystrokes to the local server. The remote
terminal can be a dumb terminal with a direct connection and running a communication program.
The keystroke mapping follows VT-UTF8 format with the following extensions.

Limitations
• BIOS Console redirection terminates after an operating system has being loaded. The operating
system is responsible for continuing console redirection after that.
• BIOS console redirection is a text console. Graphical data, such as a logo, are not redirected.
