Appendix F – End User Warranty
Net2Phone Inc. (“Net2Phone”) warrants that the
Net2Phone Max 8/16 or Max T1/E1 (the “Product”) are
free from material defects in material and workmanship, in
accordance with the following terms and conditions.
1. The limited warranty for the Product extends for
twelve (12) months, beginning on the date of
purchase of the Product.
2. The limited warranty extends only to the original
purchaser (“End User” of the Product and is not
assignable or transferable to any subsequent
purchaser/end user.
3. The limited warranty extends only to End Users who
purchase the Product in the United States.
4. During the limited warranty period, Net2Phone will
repair, or replace, at Net2Phone’s option, any
defective Product that will not properly perform its
intended use, with a new or factory rebuilt Product.
No charge will be made to the End User for any such
repair or replacement. The external housing and non-
operational parts of the Product are not covered
under this limited warranty.
5. Upon request from Net2Phone, the End User must
provide documentation (such as a sales receipt) to
reasonably prove the date of purchase.
6. The End User shall bear the cost of shipping the
Product to the Customer Service Department of
Net2Phone. Net2Phone shall bear the cost of
shipping the Product back to the End User after the
completion of service under this limited warranty.
7. The End User shall have no coverage or benefits
under this limited warranty if any of the following
conditions are applicable:
