Lift handset and wait for the Credit Card dial tone (340 Hz).

Pull the credit card through the card reader and wait for the PIN
tone (540 Hz).

Enter the PIN code (maximum 8 digits), and press

If no PIN code, press
only.

Wait for standard dial tone, and key in the telephone number.
