14. If the toothpaste used contains peroxides or bicarbonate (often present
in tooth whitening pastes), wash the device thoroughly after use to avoid
destroying its plastic casing.
15. If using the device causes your child discomfort or bleeding from the gums,
consult your dentist before continuing to use it.
16. Children may only use the appliance under supervision adults who have read
the operating instructions.
17. The device is not a toy – keep it away from children, so that they do not use
it without the supervision of an adult.
18. The device is used for personal hygiene and should not be used on many
people in dental offices.

04. POWER
The device needs 1 piece of AAA battery for proper operation. Unscrew the lid at
the bottom of the device to access the battery space. The battery compartment
cover is held in place with a screw so that the child does not have access to the
power supply of the device. Unscrew the cover with a screwdriver and put in the
AAA battery as shown in the diagram. SEE FIGURE C
Place the lid back in place and turn it, making sure it stays in place. The bump on
the lid should be under the bottom of the arrow on the housing before turning, and
under the dot after turning the lid. SEE FIGURE D
