Caution: If the NPB-40 is to be stored for a period of
three months or longer, remove the batteries from the
NPB-40 before storage.
Critical Battery Indication
When the NPB-40 batteries are critically low, the
NPB-40:
• displays an error message (Er 521)
• sounds a high priority alarm
• shuts down
Replace the batteries and restart the NPB-40. See Battery
Installation on page 33.
