Troubleshooting
If there are any other problems with the Nederman Insight data acquisition system,
contact your local Nederman sales office to get help from a service technician.
The gateway is password protected. It is not possible to change any settings or access
any data from it without the password.
Measure incoming
voltage supply at
terminals L and N.
Value must be between
110-230 V AC.
PWR Led on
the gateway
is not ON (green light).
Is voltage less than
110 V or zero?
Is voltage between
110-230 V?
Check if the main
fuses are tripped.
Check if the internal
fuses F1 and F2 are
tripped.
Is it a Miniature
Circuit Breaker that is
tripped?
Is it a disposable
switch that is tripped?
Replace it with a
fuse with same
ratings.
Switch it on.
Replace fuses according to
electrical specifications on
labels in the cabinet.
Check the fuses again if
tripped. Check for short
circuits.
PWR Led on
the gateway
is
not ON (green light)
after changing/reset of
fuse.
If no short circuits are found, contact your local
Nederman sales office to get in contact with a
service technician.
