18 Troubleshooting
If the trouble shooting guide do not solve the problem, contact your nearest authorised dealer or AB Ph. Neder-

Error Possible cause Solution
Control filter pressure switch
triggered. Control filter blocked Change control filter. Check the
main filter for damage.
6 mm hoses to pressure switch are
blocked or damaged. Clean / replace hose.
The filter in the air hose full. Replace the filter in the air hose.
Pressure switch/filter not connec-
ted properly. Check connections.
Pressure switch set too low Increase setting (Pre-set: 4kPa)
Pressure switch broken Replace
Control system setting incorrect. See the instructions for the con-
trol system you use.
No dust collected in Bulk-Bags /
container. TVFD feed-out not working See Chapter 17 Maintenance
Filter cleaning not working. See Chapter 17 Maintenance
Insignificant vacuum/flow en
route to FlexFilter EX. See Insignificant vacuum/flow
Low vacuum or airflow Suction source to small Check capacity of the suction
source.
Suction source malfunction. Check the suction source.
Deposits / Blockage in pipes en
route to FlexFilter EX. Clean pipes. Check transport velo-
city.
The duct system not properly di-
mensioned. Re-dimension the duct system or
add an extra suction source.
Malfunctioning valves in the duct
system. Check duct system valves.
Filter cleaning malfunctioning or
insufficient Check function of Solenoid Clean-
ing Valve (SCV)
Filter cleaning not working. Air pressure or airflow too low Adjust pressure. Check feed hose
dimension
Solenoid Cleaning Valve not con-
nected properly. Check valve and air pressure.
Air lines, valve or cylinder blocked. Clean / replace air lines, valve or
cylinder. Filter incoming com-
pressed air.
