4 Mounting instruction
. The maximum mounting
height is depending on the hose length and weight.
NB! The maximum allowed uncoiled free-hanging
hose weight including nozzle is 30 kg. Choose such
mounting height so that the hose in uncoiled posi-
tion can be connected to the vehicle’s exhaust pipe
without being stretched.

Make sure that the surface, on which to mount the
reel, is level. Drill 4 holes, using the hole template
which comes in the package.

Fit the mounting brackets in such a way that it will
make the reel hanging horizontally. Ensure that
suitable fixing bolts are used considering the ceil-
ing or wall construction material. The bolts must
each stand a tractive force of a minimum 6500 N.

Use approved lifting equipment to lift the reel.
Fasten the reel in the brackets.
4.1 Mounting the hose
See pictures on
mounted and connected to the power supply, the
hose should be fitted (concerning reels delivered
without hose only). It should be noted that the reel
can not be rotated by hand.

Fasten the hose with a hose clip on the connecting
piece inside the drum.

Aim the hand control towards the indicator (re-
mote-controlled reel only). Press the UP-button
on the hand control. The indicator shows a fixed
red light. Release the button at the required hose
position.

Fit the nozzle.
