Replace the membrane and/or rubber wear disc:
1. Remove the six internal wrenching bolts of the cover.
2. Replace the diaphragm and / or rubber wear disc.
3. Put the cover back with the six bolts. Abrasive
4. Remove the valve from the vessel by loosening the two couplings.
5. Remove the four bolts at the bottom and remove the base. The top part including
the plunger can now be taken out of the body.
6. Take out the sleeve and check / replace it.
7. Take out all seals and check / replace them.
8. To check / clean the cylinder take out the for bolt at the top.
9. Remove the cap and check the parts.
10. Slightly grease when putting the piston back.
6.2.3 Pressure regulator
See figure 5 item 3 for location of the pressure regulator.
1. Remove both hoods / caps with a wrench.
2. The internal parts can be taken out and cleaned.
3. Oil all parts lightly and place them back.
4. Put the hoods / caps back and tighten them gently with a wrench.
6.2.4 Compressed air filter
See figure 5 item 4 for location of the compressed air filter.
1. Remove the bowl by removing the collar (turn it anti-clockwise).
2. Remove the nut on the outside of the bowl.
3. The automatic drain can now be removed and cleaned.
4. Clean the bowl.
5. Remove the filter element by turning the buffer plate anti-clockwise
6. Clean the element thoroughly with some warm water. Let dry before placing it
back.
7. Put the bowl, drain and element back.
