UX Mail Manual

Mailbox Numeric List Report

Description

Use this report option to show a numeric list of all mailboxes. For each mailbox listed, this report option
shows the mailbox number, extension number, the mailbox type, the mailbox name, and the Directory List to
which the mailbox is assigned.

To run the report:

1.

From the

Main Menu

, click on

Mailbox Numeric List Report

.

2.

Enter the starting (

Minimum

) and ending (

Maximum

) mailbox to include in the report.

3.

Enter the report file name (e.g., mailbox-numeric-4_5_05).

Do not enter a file extension (such as .txt).

button updates the report status (e.g., Busy, Done,

Idle).
