In the CallManager Administration program, select
Feature
>
Voice Mail
>
Message Waiting
.

Click
<Add a New Directory Number>
.

In the Directory Number field, type the extension that turns MWIs on, select
On
, then click
Insert
.

In the Directory Number field, type the extension that turns MWIs off, select
Off
, then click
Insert
.

Shut down and restart the CallManager server.
