Deleting Hotel Guest Messages

Use the following procedure to delete only the guest messages from the system without deleting the guest. 

To delete a hotel guest’s messages

1.

In the Navigation Pane, click 

Hotel Guests

Guests

 > 

Profile

.

2.

Click 

Search

 to find and select the guest. 

3.

Click 

Delete Messages

.

4.

Click 

OK

 to confirm the deletion.
