SV8100
Selecting the Start Date and End Date for the archive specifies the range
of records to be archived.
Selecting “Save voice recordings in corresponding .zip
”
will create a
separate zip file that includes all of the attached recordings.
Selecting “Delete voice recordings
”
will delete the recordings files when
the archive is created.
The Archive File Location field specifies the name of the file that will be
created to hold the archive.
Selecting Archive will create the specified archive file in CSV (Comma
Separated Values) format.
After the archive file is created, all of the selected archive records will be
removed from the call log.
Selecting Cancel will close the Call Log Archive dialog without creating an
archive file.
