SR-MGC
<Office Data Copy Tab>
Select either of the radio buttons, Specifying SR-MGC or All SR-MGC (en bloc specifying) on the Man-
ual Copy tab to execute office data copy manually.
•
Specifying SR-MGC
Click the Execute button after specifying the target SR-MGC number (0 ~ 255).
•
All SR-MGC (en bloc specifying)
Click the Execute button to execute office data copy to all the SR-MGCs in the network.
Note:
Do not perform any PCPro operations other than CMNT command during office data copy. The PCPro
operation such as login/logoff can cause a copy failure.
Note 1:
When the Break button is pressed during office data copy, the operation is cut off after the currently
copying file is completely copied. However, when DM/LDM/NDM copy is executed, the operation is
cut off after all the DM/LDM/NDM files are copied.
File copy operation takes about two minutes per file. (The time varies depending on the connection sta-
tus of the network.)
Note 2:
If you power off the SR-MGC during the office data copy, check the data as follows:
STEP1: Use CMNT command to check the normality of communication between SR-MGC and the Te-
lephony Server (MGC).
STEP2: If the status of the communication is normal, copy the Office Data into SR-MGC. If the com-
munication is not established, set network settings of SR-MGC, and then copy the Office Data into SR-
MGC.
When none of the above is performed at the situation, it is not guaranteed that SR-MGC operates nor-
mally.
[5] Initialize SR-MGC
After finishing office data copy, the Telephony Server (MGC) requests the SR-MGC to initialize. Wait for
the SR-MGC to be initialized, which takes about five minutes.
<About SR-MGC initialization>
If the Office Data Copy is performed in the following status, initialization of SR-MGC (initialize the SR-
MGC by the CMNT command or power off and on the SR-MGC again) is required.
•
When there is no office data file on the Flash card of SR-MGC
•
After the change of the office data requiring Telephony Server (MGC) initialization
(a) Initialize the SR T using the “Initial” tab of the
CMNT
command. Select the radio button “Individual
