NEAXMAIL AD-120 USER GUIDE
To change call screening
NEAXMail AD-120 screens calls by asking for and record-
ing a caller’s name, then placing the caller on hold. NEAX-
Mail AD-120 rings your phone and announces the caller’s
name. Whether call screening is available depends on the
type of call transfer your phone system uses. See your sys-
tem administrator for more information.

Access the
NEAXMail Assistant.

Under Call Settings
in the navigation
bar, click “Call
Transfer and
Screening.”

Choose whether
NEAXMail AD-120
screens your calls.
NOTE
To
decline your calls
and route them
to your greeting
instead, select
the “Ask me if I
want to take the
call” check box.
