17.4 Reset by RESET Pin
If a low-level signal is input to the RESET pin, a system reset is performed and the hardware is initial-
ized. When the RESET pin level changes from low to high, the Reset State is released and the program
execution is started. All register will be initialized. The RESET pin incorporates a noise eliminator, which
uses analogue delay to prevent malfunction due to noise.
