This server provides four slots where PCI cards can be installed.

Important



Avoid static electricity to work with the procedure below. For details, see
Chapter 2 (1.2 Anti-static Measures).



When installing PCI cards, see

Chapter 2 (1.11.2 List of optional devices

and installation slots)

to prevent mistaking slot numbers.



Configure the Option ROM in [PCI Configuration] according to the
application of the installed PCI card. For the configuration instructions, see

Chapter 2 (1. System BIOS)

in "

Maintenance Guide"

Disabling the deployment of Option ROM can not only prevent memory
consumption but also shorten the startup time.
