Flexible touchscreen options.
As touch requirements differ from one application or environment to
the next, our AccuSync LCD52V and LCD72V monitors are available with your choice of 3M Touch
Systems capacitive or resistive touchscreen technology, while also utilizing a USB interface to
connect to newer computer systems. Our capacitive models are ideal for applications that require
fast, reliable and accurate touch performance. The use of 3M’s ClearTek
TM
screen increases durability
by resisting scratches, abrasions and everyday contaminants such as dirt, liquids and harsh
chemicals. Resistive models are fast, accurate, economical, offer more input flexibility and use 3M’s
MicroTouch
TM
5-wire screen, which is pressure-sensitive to respond to any input device, including a
finger, gloved hand or pen stylus. The insulator layers in our resistive displays make this screen
environmentally robust, protecting circuitry in high temperatures and humidity.
