Activating walk test
1. Set DIP8 to
ON
.
2. Test the coverage by using a SMILE ID (or any other RFID enabled receiver). As long
as the LED flashes red or green the SMILE ID is in the RFID field.
3. If the coverage is adequate remove any receiver from the the field and end the walk
test mode by setting DIP8 to
OFF
.
If coverage needs adjustment; deactivate the walk test mode, adjust RFID range and
repeat steps 1-3 above.
5.2 Programming with computer
Programming with a computer requires a NPU (NEAT Programming unit) and the
software WALL Family Programmer v2.1 or later which both can be obtained from your
distributor.
Install the NPU and its drivers prior to installing the WALL Family Programmer. If you
have trouble installing, please contact your distributor.
