TOOLS REQUIRED

: PHILLIPS HEAD SCREWDRIVER

Disassembly

1.  Disconnect unit from power source and place projector with lens facing you. Remove two

(2) screws from top cover of lens. Remove cover and set aside for reinstallation.

2.  Remove prime lens by lifting the lever on the left side of the prime lens and sliding the

lens away from the projector.

Assembly

1.  Separate your Navitar lens and adapter (except on MCZ275) by gently rotating the lens

counterclockwise while holding the adapter.

DO NOT

place undo pressure on the lens to

separate as this may result in damage to the nylon drive pin. Position the adapter with the
‘up’ label in the correct position and slide the adapter into the projector ensuring proper
engagement. Rotate the lever counterclockwise until the adapter is securely in place.

2.  Replace the front cover of the projector removed in step 2, above.

3.  Reinstall the lens by gently rotating clockwise as it is inserted into the adapter.

4.

To focus, gently twist the front of lens.  To zoom, loosen thumbscrew and twist knurled

ring (zoom lenses only, of course).  Re-tighten thumbscrew.  CAUTION: Do not twist
entire lens out of adapter!
