Check for proper brake operation Daily/Per operation
Inspect for signs of structural damage, cracks or wear in all components of
suspension parts (arms, hangers, axle seats, etc.) Daily
Check for air leaks Daily/Per operation
Check bushings for excessive wear or movement Every 30 days
Drain condensation from tank Dry climate – Monthly
Wet climate – Daily
Torque U-bolts and all fasteners (see lift axle Torque charts) Every 6 months
