POPPS – Time label control
This message contains information about time mark settings in the receiver. It makes possible to
show current settings and apply new time mark settings into receiver.

This message is used to review current settings of time label in the receiver. It also can sets new
parameters of time label into receiver. When new parameters sets into receiver, it confirm
parameters setting by single responsible message with new parameters.
