4.4.2 Adjusting the Hot Water Pipes
The hot water pipes need to be adjusted to connect water pipes
to the NaviCirc. Adjustment methods for the hot water pipes
may vary depending on the types of the pipes.
Adjusting the Copper Pipes
Cut the hot water pipe and connect the 15 mm X ½” straight
adapter (provided with the NaviCirc) to the hot water pipes and
flexible hoses.

●
When installing the 15 mm X ½” straight adapter,
the torque should be around 30 Nm.

Adjust the hot water pipe considering the
installation location of the NaviCirc as the flexible
hose is 500 mm long.
Adjusting the Flexible Hoses
If the water pipes are connected to flexible hoses, remove the
flexible hose from the hot water pipe.

CAUTION
Before removing the flexible hose, close the shutoff valve of
the hot water pipe to make sure hot water does not come
out.
4.4 Installing the NaviCirc
4.4.1 Choosing the Installation Location
Install the NaviCirc on the hot water return pipe. Also, install the
NaviCirc near the tap furthest from the boiler to better utilise the
preheating from every hot water tap.
