Troubleshooting Flowchart: Non-Functional CHR
CHR does not
function.
Check for 2VDC
between the top
and bottom
contact plates on
each handgrip
Is the
voltage
good?
Remove the
contact plates from
handgrips and
recheck voltage.

Is the CHR
working?

Replace the
Controller/
Processor PCB.
Cycle the power.
Is the
voltage is
good?
Replace the CHR
PCB.
Replace the CHR,
making sure the
wire tabs do not
contact each other
inside the Ergo
Bar Assembly.
