Cleaning the
system
Turn
OFF
the system power before cleaning the instrument. Do not permit
solutions to seep into the electronic portions of the components. Take special care
around controls, connectors and panel edges. Do not use any abrasive cleaners.
The proper cleaning method for non-critical medical devices permits the use of
70% isopropyl/ethyl solution.
Remove any dust from the exterior of the components with a soft brush or cloth.
Use a brush to dislodge any dirt on or around the connectors and panel edges.
Storage
Store the Nicolet Cortical Stimulator components in a cool, dry place.
