Note
You also can use drives with onboard sinusoidal commutation for brushless motors.
These drives can be more expensive, but each drive requires only one analog output signal.
When you set up the UMI-7774/7772 for sinusoidal commutation, you
connect the axis 1 feedback connector to the set of Hall effect sensors for
one brushless motor and the axis 2 feedback connector to the set of Hall
effect sensors for another brushless motor.
All of the Hall effect sensor signals are pass-through signals to the National
Instruments motion controller general-purpose digital inputs.
