GPIB-LPT User Manual

GPIB Handshaking

GPIB handshaking converts PC parallel port handshaking into GPIB handshaking protocol.  This
process is transparent to you.

GPIB Addressing

On printer/plotter initialization, the GPIB-LPT checks to see if the printer/plotter is listening; if not,
the GPIB-LPT addresses it as a listener using the GPIB listen address on the onboard switches.
