If you wish to change the dimensional features of the
dispensed products, you can reconfigure the can dis
-
pensing modules or columns (single or double) by using
some parts made available upon request.
A table is supplied with the machine. it is intended
to specify the setup the manufacturer has tested
and fixed for some of the most common types of
products.
the setup for other types of products can be established
by following the instructions here below.
However, it is necessary to test every single module
to make sure that it is operating properly.
Very irregular or not very compact bottles might be un-
suitable for vending.

columns can be adjusted to dispense:
- bottles between 62 and 73 mm in diameter and be-
tween 234 and 280 mm in height in single row;
- bottles between 62 and 73 mm in diameter and be-
tween 196 and 233 mm in height in double row;
- cans 66 mm in diameter and over 116 mm in height in
triple row.
cans 66 mm in diameter and over 116 mm in height in
-
quadruple row.
You may have to adjust the setup according to the
type of bottle.
glass bottles can be dispensed in single columns
only.
To enable a column to dispense a well-defined product,
check the type and position of the following parts:
- rotor insert and side shim according to the product
diameter;
- side support for products and motor cam according to
the number of rows used to load the product according
to the height,
- anti-friction elements and back-column according to
the number of rows and the product height;
- if the bottle-neck is cone-shaped to a large extent, it is
necessary to arrange and position bottle guides;
- for cans only, it is necessary to arrange and position
anti-theft links.

an adequate side shim and rotor insert must be mount-
ed according to the diameter.
the side shim can be recognised by the dimension (see
fig. 18).
rotor inserts and side shims are available for the follow-
ing diameters:
59-60-61
-
62-63-64 mm.
-
65-66-67 mm.
-
68-69-70 mm.
-
neither inserts nor side shims are necessary for prod-
ucts 71-72-73 mm. in diameter.
To dispense glass bottles 62 mm in diameter, it may
be of use to apply adapting plates to single col-
umns, as it is specified by the figure.
