7. Adjustment of Machine
7-1. Adjustment of Column Clamp
If the column has a low clamping force(if the
column is clamped and the are rotates), loosen
the clamp nut, tighten the adjusting nut
properly and tighten the clamp nut again.
If the nut is tightened too much, the column
sleeve will not rotate smoothly even if the
column clamp is loosened.
7-3 Adjustment of Spindle Box Clamp
After using for a longtime, when clamp lever
lock, If right and left move of spindle box,
nut is about 1/2 ~ 1 circle to lock upward,
certification! clamp condition at a time.
If adjust is completion, nut is tightening
again
7-2. Interval Adjustment between Arm and
Column Sleeve ＆ Adjustment of Clamp
Arm and Column sleeve of adjustment gap, adjust
it by adjustment of gap. Arm and column sleeve
of clamp, adjust it by clamp adjustment nut.
Please don’t tighten
7-4 Slide surface interval ＆ Horizontal
leveling adjustment of spindle box and Arm
and Before＆Behind Horizontal leveling
Clamp condition of spindle box is release and
after complete tightening left and right
horizontal leveling bolt (2EA), as left and
right moving of spindle box is smoothness,
standardize release to left and right adjust
bolt.
