Installation

1) Connect the overflow hose with the overflow body (6), connect the suction hose with the
suction
connector (8) and
fit
the ball
cock (

)* on one end of the
outlet hose.
2) Connect the spray gun with the
ball
cock (

first. Then, connect the
other end of the
outlet hose with the outlet
cock (7). The outlet cock (7)
controls the spraying of chemicals.
3) Tighten every joint of the hoses to prevent leaking.
4) Check all the screws and nuts of the unit and make sure that they are sufficiently tight before using the power sprayer.
5) Mount the power sprayer and motor on the frame.
6) Keep the outlet cock and on-off switch in the closed position before starting the engine.

Operation
Preparation And Check Before Operation
NO MACHINE OIL IN THE ENGINE, PLEASE FILL THE MACHINE OIL IN!
Check engine oil level:
Unscrew the oil dipstick to check whether the engine oil is within the range of specified limit. If the oil level is too low, add the
engine oil from filling hole till the specified height.
Using different brand engine oil will vary according to environment temperature. Our recommended engine oil is SAE 10W-30.
Check air cleaner
Air cleaner has two types of the semi-dry and oil bath. Check whether air cleaner is clean and foam shall be free from dust.
First using oil bath air cleaner, filling clean machine oil level (oil level marked on the outer case of oil bath air cleaner)
should be flushed with oil level of the air cleaner outer case. Clearly see safety and warning
labels
before starting.

Check fuel level:
Open the fuel tank cover and check the fuel level.
If the level is too low, add the fuel from filling-hole
till the oil level reaching the red stop plate inside of
the strainer. Our recommended fuel brand is stand-
ard gasoline (unleaded gasoline is as standard). Do
not mix the gasoline with the engine oil. Do not use
the gasoline with foreign materials.
