In
VACATION MODE
the fridge will be switched off automatically! The
indicator OFF (2) goes on.
The temperature of the freezer will be set to -18

C automatically.
By setting the mode to -

you can switch off the
VACATION MODE
at any time. The temperature of the
fridge / freezer will be reset to the previous setting.
Select this mode when you are not at home for a longer period of time (7-21
days).
NOTICE!
In
VACATION MODE
the fridge will be switched off
automatically!
Do not leave any food in the fridge while the vacation
mode is activated.
4.7 Door alarm
The appliance is equipped with an automatic alarm which indicates that one of the
doors of the appliance are opened for a longer period of time.
1.
If the doors of the appliance will be opened, the Door-Opening-Signal sounds.
2.
If one of the doors is opened for more than 2 minutes, an acoustic warning
signal sounds.
3.
In the case of a door alarm the acoustic signal sounds once a minute.
The door alarm can be stopped by pressing any button of the control panel.
In order to save energy a prolonged opening of the doors should be avoided.
4.8 The refrigerator
The cooling compartment is not intended for storing food for a longer
period of time. So, use the cooling compartment for short-term storage
only. Different temperature areas due to the air circulation occur in the
appliance. Use these different temperature areas to store different kinds of
food.
