1.Outline of I/O interface
❶MIDI IN
You can connect a MIDI sequencer or MIDI Drum Pad Controller. Trigger sound and
control of each parameter. Also it can load tone programs.
❷MIDI OUT
Use it for synchronized playback with an external sequencer. System real time messages
such as MIDI TIMING CLOCK or START / STOP can be sent from the internal sequencer.
❸GATE IN
Connect to the GATE OUT Jack of an analog sequencer or the like. Trigger sound each A,
B, C, D channels. Allowable voltage is 0 to 10V.
❹CV IN
Connect to CV OUT Jack of an analog sequencer or the like. Allowable voltage is 0 to 5V.
The input voltages controls the pitch of main oscillator for each channel. It conforms to
the specifications V/OCT. Fine adjustment of the input voltage can be tweaked trimmers
on the back of the board.
❺OUTPUT
It is stereo audio out jack. The balance of the L/R channel can be adjusted by setting
PAN.
SWD - Pins are exposed on the back
It is used for firmware update and debugging during development. Connect a
Programmer / debugger such as ST-LINK/V2

When power is not supplied from the euro rack connector It is possible to power from the
USB port.
2. Physical Controllers Overview
❻Section select Knob
Select the section you want to edit.
❼Edit Knob 1/2/3/4
Increase or decrease assigned parameter. When two kinds of parameters are
written on the panel, you can set another parameter while holding down
[SHIFT] button.
SHIFT Button
It is used in conjunction with other controllers to access various functions
❽ENTRY Knob
In default sound edit mode, change the editing channel. other mode move the cursor, or
change value.
MENU Button
Switch to Menu Mode. You can configure various of system setting.
PROGRAM Button
Switch to Program Mode. You can store/load the tone program or the snapshot.
EXIT Button
Exit from the current mode and return to upper layer.
ENTER Button
To choose, confirm, or execute.
❾Trigger Button A / B / C / D
Trigger the Sound generator. These buttons correspond to channels A, B, C, and D.
In program mode, it is also used for channel selection.
3.Power supply
This machine conforms to Doepfer A-100 series standard (commonly known as Eurorack).
It is able to use 5V from the eurorack-16pin connector, also it can be supplied from the USB
port and play as a standalone synthesizer.
Current consumption is 170mA@5V. In case of insufficient electric power, be careful of the
maximum supply current of your power supply module as it may cause trouble.
